Not overly seasoned with the Curry evenly distributed throughout the shredded chicken. The usual great crust for the pie shell. I just buttered the pie but, you can always add more heat with some simmer sauce.
The chicken curry pies are my favorite. The flavor is exactly like curry from the UK which is nostalgic for me. The crust on all the pies is the perfect texture and flavor.

My family absolutely love the sausage rolls and frankly all the goodies from Ackroyds Bakery. Can't wait to order more for the New Years.
I have tried a lot of items from Ackroyd's and this one is my favorite. The curry filling has the right level of spice such that it is very flavorful, but not overbearing. It has a little heat, but isn't so hot that it makes it hard to taste anything else. The balance is exceptional.
The pastry is flaky and buttery. It provides a nice counterpoint to the curry filling. The size of the pie is also good as a dinner (paired with some vegetables).
