We had the real thing in Scotland last year and this was very close despite not being able to use all the same ingredients they use in Scotland. The shortbread was so tasty as well. William S. (United States) Ackroyd's Scottish Bakery is my go to store for Scottish foods. They are always consistently excellent. The meat pies are the best you can buy anywhere. I've been eating their food for 60 years and keep coming back now that I can get it online. There customer service is second to none too. They always go out of there way to make sure your food arrives on time and fresh!
