Nationwide shipping across the United States is available for all items all year round. Please see our Shipping Policies for any questions you may have.
Please note: Our Meat Pies will not be filled with meat. While it may appear that there is not enough meat in the shell, this is by design. First, we do not use fillers in our pies. Oftentimes, Scotch pies that are full also have textured soy protein or rusk in them. Second, we have tested a full meat pie and they are not pleasant. We believe the beauty of a well-made meat pie lies in the balance of meat to liquid. Our pies have an ample amount of meat and wonderfully flavored liquid.
Ingredients: Ground beef, wheat flour, canola oil, palm oil, Contains 2% or less of black pepper, MSG, salt
Excellent as normal very authentic - will come back for more as I have for the last 9 years since buying from Ackroyd`s.
We didn’t know what to expect when we ordered these meat pies. But OMG, simply delicious., I thought there’s no way these are going to be seasoned properly or taste fresh through shipping… but I was Soooo wrong! These meat pies were savoury, mouth-watering and kept us coming back for more. We just ordered another batch. Seriously. Amazing,
My father moved from Scotland to Detroit with his parents the same year Ackroyd's opened in 1949. We've eaten meat pies from Ackroyd's for my entire life (52 years) even though now I have to ship them to California. So great, thank you!
As always Ackroyd’s meat pies don’t disappoint. If I can’t be in Scotland enjoying a meat pie then I’m grateful Ackroyd’s exists……delicious!
We have been enjoying Ackroyd’s meat pies for generations. I sent some goodies to my daughter for her birthday and when I asked how many, she said 1,000.
The meat pies were very good, but I still prefer those made with lamb. Too bad you don't have that option.
being of Scottish heritage, these taste like what my grandmother would make, always delicious.
