We are one of the largest producers of haggis in the United States. Our haggis is made in the most traditional way possible, in accordance with United States law. Consider haggis somewhere between stuffing and pâté.
A traditional savory blend of steel-cut oats, lamb rib meat, heart, liver, suet and seasoning, hand-stuffed in a natural, thick casing.
All weights are precooked weights. Most small haggis are between .5 to 1 lbs. Presentation haggis are around 1.5 lbs.
Haggis is fully cooked and simply needs to be reheated. For the best taste and results, avoid heating in a microwave oven.

The grandson’s normal share but when it comes to this. They can eat the 1 lbs by themselves.
I ordered these for my son who requested Scottish food the other day. It was rather convenient to order premad tray of haggis which greatly save me the time (and the smell) of cooking haggis at home. My son thought it tasted like mine. I think he may have been into the whiskey early 'cause this haggis definitely tested better than mine! The quality was top notch, it arrived to Philadlephia still frozen despite a heat wave, and cooked up perfectly. I will acknowledge the trays looked smaller than anticipated although the weight was correct. I can only owe that up to the fact that I usually a 3-4 lb batch of haggis when I cook it so, in reality, two trays totalling a little over a pound and a fourth would like small comparatively speaking. But overall, everyone was thrilled.
