Ackroyd's Traditional Scottish Haggis
We are one of the largest producers of haggis in the United States. Our haggis is made in the most traditional way possible, in accordance with United States law. Consider haggis somewhere between stuffing and pâté.
A traditional savory blend of steel-cut oats, lamb rib meat, heart, liver, suet and seasoning, hand-stuffed in a natural, thick casing.
All weights are precooked weights. Most small haggis are between .75 to 1 lbs. Presentation haggis are around 1.5-1.75 lbs.
Haggis is fully cooked and simply needs to be reheated. For the best taste and results, avoid heating in a microwave oven.

Our family is Polish and aside from Ackroyd’s meat pies (which I grew up on) we’ve not eaten much Scottish food. This summer we traveled to Scotland and really loved it. For Christmas dinner we went all in on a Burn’s dinner of haggis, neeps and tatties, whiskey sauce and shortbread. My daughter even read Ode to A Haggis. We all agreed that it was an excellent meal and experience! Highly recommend these products!
Brought this because I did not want canned Hargis. It was just the right amount in 2 separate containers. Used it to make Balmoral chicken. It was delicious.

As this order was a gift for my brother I couldn't forget a haggis. My brother loves Ackroyd's haggis. While my brother appreciates anything I send him from Ackroyd's, I just can not forget a haggis. He would be very disappointed.
