So happy to have finally found them!
I order Empire Biscuits every year at Christmas. I’ve eaten these since I was little, and I’m 71 now. I have to admit that I liked them then but love them now. Trust me, they’re delicious ! Wonderful with tea or coffee.
As always, the empire biscuits were delicious! Buttery and sweet. I love to have one with a nice cup of tea.

Nice biscuit Ive never had them before but I hate that gummy thing on the top, a real half cherry would have been much nicer if it could have been done. I dont think I would re order them but nice to have tried them.
Hi Ron: Traditionally, Empire Biscuits have a gummy or gum drop. Cherries, while also traditional, are not real by any means. They are glace cherries, which are absolutely one of the worst things to work with and, in our opinion, eat. When we decided to stop giving our money to one of our corporate distributors, those industrial cherries were no longer available to us so we found these gummies that are made by a small business. You can simply remove the gummy if you don't like them. Glad you enjoyed the cookies, though! The jam is locally made as well.
