A traditional blend of steel-cut oats, pork, seasoning and beef blood hand-stuffed in a natural casing. Black Pudding is a superfood! A quintessential part of a full Scottish or English breakfast, we like to fry up our black pudding in butter just before serving.

I’ve been eating Black Pudding every Christmas since I can remember. Easter too! Wouldn’t be Christmas morning breakfast without it. Delicious taste, perfect texture and great aroma while cooking. If you’ve never had Black Pudding pick this one to try. Obviously, I love it.
