Ackroyd's Scottish Shortbread: Pistachio

Pistachio is having a moment. Widely considered one of the "it" flavors, this little green nut is experiencing a jolt of popularity. We adore pistachio in our shortbread. Our version has pistachio powder, chunks of pistachio, and a bit of almond flavor to accentuate the pistachio. 

Each 8 pack of shortbread is baked, hand cut, and packed by us.
