Pistachio is having a moment. Widely considered one of the "it" flavors, this little green nut is experiencing a jolt of popularity. We adore pistachio in our shortbread. Our version has pistachio powder, chunks of pistachio, and a bit of almond flavor to accentuate the pistachio.
Each 8 pack of shortbread is baked, hand cut, and packed by us.

Excellent shortbread!
This is my favorite after treat after dinner. Good crunch and not too sweet.
If you like shortbread you have to try these! Delicious. But, don't dunk them in coffee or tea.
