Our Cumberland Sausage is handmade and sold in a continuous piece of 6-8 links. We do not sell individual links, though the sausages can be cut easily. Cumberland sausage is perfect for bangers & mash or grilled and served one of our Butteries.
Traditional pub-sized pork links. Approx 454g.

This is fantastic sausage. I have 2 pounds in my freezer right now, and I am trying to space out consumption. Not supposed to eat too much red meat! Well worth the occasional splurge!
You can't go wrong with their Cumberland (pork) links or the Lorne (sliced beef) sausage. They are delicious enough to be served with the "full Scottish" at Scran (London Road & Bain St) in Glasgow - especially before a football match!
Best sausage I have found in the USA, along with the black sausage Sunday breakfasts are now very special again
