We are one of the largest producers of haggis in the United States. Our haggis is made in the most traditional way possible, in accordance with United States law. Consider haggis somewhere between stuffing and pâté.

A traditional savory blend of steel-cut oats, lamb rib meat, heart, liver, suet and seasoning, hand-stuffed in a natural, thick casing.

All weights are pre-cooked weights.

Heating & Storage

Haggis is fully cooked and simply needs to be reheated. For the best taste and results, avoid heating in a microwave oven.


If frozen, defrost in fridge overnight before serving. Preheat oven to 325° F. Wrap haggis in foil and place in baking dish. Heat for 60 minutes per pound of haggis.

All items can be refrigerated for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 12 months.

    if you've never tried it, haggis tastes like a very rich meat pie filling. absolutely delicious.

    I would love to write a review, but I just popped this in the freezer upon arrival and haven't tried it yet. I can say that I'm thrilled beyond words just to have found a source for haggis! I'm looking forward to trying all of the products I purchased.
