One of the most requested items we are asked for, Aberdeen Butteries (or Rowies) are similar to smashed croissants. As labor intensive as these are, we felt they are way too delicious to hold back. Ours are hand made with lots of butter, hence the name.
Please note: Aberdeen Butteries require reheating. We suggest putting them in a 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Do not eat your Butteries without reheating as they will not taste like they should.

So buttery, flaky and delicious. Every flavor is fantastic, but my favorites are the cinnamon and plain. They go perfectly with a hot cup of tea.
These butteries are great to have stocked in the freezer for an easy breakfast. We use them as a base for a breakfast sandwich or sweeten them with jam.
The Butteries are so good I am ordering more!
