LOVE these! They remind me of an elevated version of my mom's linzer cookies. I like to pluck the cherry gummy off and eat it first, and then eat the cookie. Gave 2 boxes to friends and both texted saying they love them too! Will be ordering more!

This is my first time having an empire biscuit and had this type of desert. I thought they were awesome, it was hard to not eat them all at once. They are just sweet enough and not overly sweet, the biscuit is self is softer but crumbles. The filling is a burst of flavor and complements the biscuit.
