Description

This isn't your average Irish Soda Bread! Soda Bread has a bad reputation, but we want to dispel that bad energy. Our Irish Soda Bread is more akin to cake than bread. It is pleasantly sweet and is studded with plenty of sultanas. It is an absolute must for Saint Patrick's Day, but is great any day or time.

Crispy on the outside when toasted. Tender on the inside. Light currants added just the right touch of sweetness. Nice size loaf. We love it!

This is surprisingly awesome! I wasn't sure what to expect, never having eaten Irish soda bread before. Having had this, I won't be eating any other breads this type except from these folks. It is genuinely amazingly good!
