Please note: Our Meat Pies will not be filled with meat. While it may appear that there is not enough meat in the shell, this is by design. First, we do not use fillers in our pies. Oftentimes, Scotch pies that are full also have textured soy protein or rusk in them. Second, we have tested a full meat pie and they are not pleasant. We believe the beauty of a well-made meat pie lies in the balance of meat to liquid. Our pies have an ample amount of meat and wonderfully flavored liquid.
