Late spring means asparagus season! The asparagus was looking particularly wonderful at the farmers market this week, so we grabbed a few bunches for our first seasonal offering - Asparagus Cheese & Onion Pies. This pie is filled with egg, cheddar cheese, onion, potato, and locally grown asparagus. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or an easy dinner with a side salad.
