We are one of the largest producers of haggis in the United States. Our haggis is made in the most traditional way possible, in accordance with United States law. Consider haggis somewhere between stuffing and pâté.

A traditional savory blend of steel-cut oats, lamb rib meat, heart, liver, suet and seasoning, hand-stuffed in a natural, thick casing.

All weights are pre-cooked weights.

Heating & Storage

Haggis is fully cooked and simply needs to be reheated. For the best taste and results, avoid heating in a microwave oven.

If frozen, defrost in fridge overnight before serving. Preheat oven to 325° F. Wrap haggis in foil and place in baking dish. Heat for 60 minutes per pound of haggis.

All items can be refrigerated for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 12 months.

This is the best haggis I have tasted in the USA. And most certainly the closest to an original Scottish haggis as I am likely to find over here. The proportions are perfect, just the right amount of meat, oats and spices. It is delicious if baked in an oven and served with mashed potatoes and swede... but, every bit as good if it's sliced, fried and put between 2 slices of (good) toast. Great job!

We finally cooked our haggis. Neither my wife or I have ever had it, but have always wanted to try it. I loved it. I ate too much. My wife liked the flavor but it was too heavy for her. Her loss is my gain. I get it tomorrow for lunch.
