We are one of the largest producers of haggis in the United States. Our haggis is made in the most traditional way possible, in accordance with United States law. Consider haggis somewhere between stuffing and pâté.

A traditional savory blend of steel-cut oats, lamb rib meat, heart, liver, suet and seasoning, hand-stuffed in a natural, thick casing.

All weights are pre-cooked weights.

Heating & Storage

Haggis is fully cooked and simply needs to be reheated. For the best taste and results, avoid heating in a microwave oven.

If frozen, defrost in fridge overnight before serving. Preheat oven to 325° F. Wrap haggis in foil and place in baking dish. Heat for 60 minutes per pound of haggis.

All items can be refrigerated for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 12 months.

    Best Haggis!

Once again Ackroyd's haggis made for a fabulous Burn's Night! We had several people celebrating with us who have never tasted haggis, and they went back for a second helping! There was just enough left for my hubby and me to have a bit with our eggs at breakfast the next morning.

This product was just as expected. Easy to cook the way we had planned. It definitely was fresh and shipped properly.

I only rated this product with four stars because to be better it would have to be served in Scotland. Very enjoyable.
