We start with a boiled egg then wrap it in our handmade pork sausage then we dip it in an egg mixture, roll it in corn flakes, and bake it. Scotch Eggs are quintessential Scottish pub food and we are thrilled to be shipping them nationwide. PLEASE NOTE: We do not recommend freezing Scotch Eggs. They should be consumed within 3 days of receiving them. Scotch eggs are PREORDER only.
Please note: Yolks may vary from runny to just short of hard boiled. Runny yolks are perfectly safe to eat, but if you dislike a runny yolk, bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes prior to baking at 350 degrees for an additional 15 minutes.
Scotch Eggs are released weekly on Fridays. Curbside pickup can be scheduled immediately. Shipping orders will be held until the following Monday unless, in rare instances, Saturday delivery is possible.
