We are one of the largest producers of haggis in the United States. Our haggis is made in the most traditional way possible, in accordance with United States law. Consider haggis somewhere between stuffing and pâté.

A traditional savory blend of steel-cut oats, lamb rib meat, heart, liver, suet and seasoning, hand-stuffed in a natural, thick casing.

All weights are pre-cooked weights.

Heating & Storage

Haggis is fully cooked and simply needs to be reheated. For the best taste and results, avoid heating in a microwave oven.


If frozen, defrost in fridge overnight before serving. Preheat oven to 325° F. Wrap haggis in foil and place in baking dish. Heat for 60 minutes per pound of haggis.

All items can be refrigerated for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 12 months.

    This was a Valentines Day treat for my husband who spoke often of having eaten Haggis during a trip to the UK. Needless to say, it was a big hit!! The texture was very creamy & mild in flavor (in a good way!). My husband absolutely loved it!!
