Traditionally, Reuben sandwiches are served with Russian dressing. Our version of the classic sauce is different, but compliments our Reuben Pasty very well.
Ackroyd's Reuben Sauce (Makes about 1 cup)
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 3/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp paprika (smoked, if preferred, but not necessary)
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Will keep for about a week in the refrigerator.
