HEATING & STORING

GENERAL INFORMATION

Our baked goods are all fully cooked and can be reheated.

For the best results, please avoid using the microwave.

All items can be refrigerated for 1-2 days, or frozen for up to 3 months.

INDIVIDUAL SAVORY PIES & PASTIES
Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 15-20 minutes or if items are frozen, 30-35 minutes. If frozen, items should be covered in foil for the first 20-25 minutes of baking.
STEAK PIES
If frozen, defrost in fridge the night before serving.
Preheat oven to 325°F. Place on a baking sheet.
Add 1 tablespoon of water through each hole in cover. For best results, cover pie with foil until there are 10 minutes left in baking time.
Baking time varies based on serving size:
  • Two: 30 min
  • Four: 40 min
  • Eight: 55 min
HAGGIS

If frozen, defrost in fridge overnight before serving.
Preheat oven to 325°F. Wrap haggis in foil and place in
baking dish. Heat for 60 min. per pound of haggis.
