We have been making Macaroni & cheese pies for almost 3 years now. Inspired by visiting bakeries in Edinburgh and Glasgow, our macaroni pies start with our hand pressed pie shells that then are filled with house made macaroni and cheese made with a blend of vintage cheddar, Gruyere, garlic, and spices. Pies are baked until they are bubbly, golden brown, and delicious as you can see in the photo.
Our macaroni pies are vegetarian friendly. Perfect as a meal when paired with a salad or wonderful as a side dish paired with sausage rolls, meat pies, bridies, or any of your favorite Ackroyd’s baked goods.
